B-BBEE Summit – When will the codes be published for implementation

Minister Rob Davies stated that the Revised Codes/Refined Codes will be published next week Friday on 11 October 2013 for implementation in one year.

Other salient features is the penalty for not meeting the subminimum on Ownership/Skills Development and Supplier development is one level.
