Our monthly BEE workshop covers the amended codes and helps you prepare strategies for the future. You will leave the workshop feeling more confident about your BEE scorecard and know how to maximise your points.
The BEE Sector Codes
Unfortunately the BEE sector codes have once again created confusion and complexity. Each sector code differs to the codes of good practice and introduces its own complexities. These specific workshops will go through the gazetted amended sector codes being Tourism, MAC (Media,Advertising and Communication), ICT (Information, Communication, Technology) who are issued in finality. Construction, Agriculture, Transport, Property, Forestry and FSC are in draft format.
EconoHR – Employment Equity committee compliance workshop
The EE Act not only requires designated employers to submit their EE returns to the Department of Labour (DoL) on an annual basis but also to conduct consultative forums with employees. This is known as the EE committee meeting. Our half day workshop will show you what you need to comply with to avoid getting a fine from the DoL.
EconoHR – How to submit your WSP and ATR
With the submission window around the corner, early preparation is key to fulfilling your requirements in your submissions. The WSP (Workplace Skills Plan) and ATR (Annual Training Report) needs to be submitted to your relevant seta. Why submit? Without submitting these 2 important documents you will not be eligible for mandatory or discretionary grants from your seta, nor will you be able to earn any BEE points for skills development.
Full day workshops
How to prepare for verification
This full day course will explain everything you need to know about preparing for verification.
Labour Relations can be daunting and can go extremely wrong if you don’t follow the correct procedure. Dismissals may be deemed unfair if proceduraly incorrect or substantively incorrect. The in depth full day course covers the theory of the Act as well as practical examples. It is an interactive session. You will leave the workshops feeling more in control and less stressed about labour issues.
