Terms and Conditions:

Full payment must be made prior to the attendance of a delegate on the conference.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a minimum 7 working day cancellation period to obtain a refund, however, there will be a handling fee of R 200.00 excl Vat on all cancellations requiring a refund.

A cancellation fee of 100% of the conference fee is liable if cancelled less than 7 working days prior to the commencement of the conference. A no show fee of 100% of the conference fee is liable should a delegate not attend the conference.

Substitution Policy:

Substitutions will be allowed anytime before the conference.

Managed Service Clients policy:

Current managed service clients qualify for a 50% discount on all courses. The basic “Half Day Workshop” presented in our offices is available to all Managed Service clients staff at no additional cost.
